Our products
Fan guards
Blok’s Draadvorm is specialized in manufacturing protective grills for fans. The fan guards are produced according to strict safety standards. Our fan guards are most often made of galvanized steel and finished with a powder coating, this considerably extends the lifespan of the product.
Custom stainless steel cooking grids
As we have all manufacturing processes under one roof we can make grids in all shapes and sizes. The stainless steel cooking grids manufactured by Blok’s Draadvorm are used by many food companies. Products include barbeques and grills, industrial bakery systems, combination steamers, ovens etc. Besides stainless steel cooking grids we also manufacture several other components for this sector.
Hooks, brackets and clamps
This category entails most of the products we manufacture. The horticulture- and the floriculture sector is a sector that cannot do without these products. We manufacture hooks for condensation gutters, irrigation systems, tomato plants, etc. Other sectors that use our hooks, brackets and clamps are the food processing industries, the retail and transport industry. We manufacture these products in large quantities and of high quality.
Technical springs
A large part of our wire products are not end products but semi-finished intermediaries or components, such as technical springs. We are able to manufacture a large number of different metal springs for you such as the technical springs, conical springs, tension springs, coil springs, locking clips, and various other clips. Steel pins and metal skewers
We manufacture steel pins in various sizes and materials such as stainless steel en galvanized wire. Stainless steel skewers are an excellent alternative for wooden sate/shaslik skewers in the food industry. As our whole industrial wire forming process talks place under one roof we have short delivery times. For some of our products we hold stock, so if you order before noon, you will have the pins delivered the next working day.
Brackets and suspension hooks for greenhouse lighting
Brackets and suspension hooks for greenhouse lighting Blok’s Draadvorm is market leader in the manufacturing of brackets and suspension hooks for all major manufacturers of greenhouse lighting. As every greenhouse is built and equipped differently, all brackets are custom made. The measurements of the truss, the positioning of sockets and cables, screening and irrigation systems all influence the design of these brackets which we manufacture in large quantities.

Blok’s Draadvorm designs, develops and manufactures a wide range of premium orchid supports. Thanks to our stat-of-the-art machinery we can create we can create almost any value-enhancing model. Our orchid supports distinguish themselves through a patented clip-on-pot for stability and safety during presentation and transport.
Bicycle parking systems
Blok’s Draadvorm manufactures various products for companies that are active in bicycle storage, bicycle accessories and bicycle mobility. For example custom hooks for bike rack bungee cords, suspension hooks for bicycles and components for bicycle parking systems. We can provide fully assembled products as we can both bend and weld in our factory.
